One of the many projects that is ongoing at ECO is keeping up with the demand of glasses for the restaurant and rooms. With all the breakage of drinkware, we decided very early on to start making our own drinking glasses from all the glass bottles we go through on a daily basis.

Our owner, Kyle, brings home all of the wine, water, and soft drink glass bottles weekly and spends his time cutting and sanding down all of them to become the drink ware that our guests use at ECO! We then recycle that rest of the unused portion or find different uses for them.

It is a labor of love and we are grateful everyday for his efforts. Hope you enjoy our rustic, imperfect, and fun glasses as much as we do :).
