To us, bread is more than just a staple on a dining table. We are nourished by wholesome bread. We learn culture through bread. We can go on for days about our love for bread, but we can save that for when we break bread together at ECO :).

Our love for bread brought us to find our very own Swiss trained, in-house baker, Richard, who shares his passion, hard work, and passion with our very own acclaimed head chef, Alisha, to deliver this final mouthwatering final product to our guests at ECO Lifestyle + Lodge.

You will find fresh, natural, unprocessed, preservative-free bread at your table. Richard & Alisha are always surprising our guests, with new twists on bread, while they continue to explore their creative side.

Come on by and be sure to try our fresh baked breads with a side of our homemade local fruit jams! Or maybe have it while you bite into a savory cutter.

We think it’s the best thing since, well, sliced bread!
