Our recently added cascading saltwater baths flow down our oceanfront terrace are the perfect place to unwind and relax. The Jacuzzi jets will soothe your muscles, while you enjoy an ECO cocktail or elixir and take in the sights and sounds of the Atlantic Ocean.
Our Cob Sauna, constructed using ancient building methods, is one of our newest additions to the property. The thick walls made from a mixture of clay soil, sand, and straw generate a cleansing steam that will refresh your body, mind, and spirit, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.

Our electric pedal assist mountain bikes offer just the right amount of assistance for every skill level, boosting your bike skills so you can enjoy more of the experience without the strain. With four levels of hybrid-electric assist to suit a variety of fitness levels, you will still need to pedal but the bike will provide just the right amount of boost to make it easier to enjoy your thrilling island adventure. Rent by the half or full day and explore the beautiful east coast on your own or book a tour with one of our guides either on or off road. Bikes are first come first serve so reservations are recommended.

Both the ECO Restaurant and Pantry offer guests a range of healthy meals and snacks available through the day; we can take it a step further and add a meal plan to your reservation that ensures all your cravings, nutritional needs and dietary goals are taken care of. We can also pre-stock your room with locally sourced groceries and farm produce, as well as goods from our ECO Shop, such as toiletries, surf wax or reusable water bottles.
